network access, TMN toolkit vendors and SONET

customers in mind. These products provide standard
APIs and all TMN forum Q3 profiles namely QB1
(TP02/X25 - OSI-WAN), QB2 (TP4/CLNP/X25 - OSI-LAN),
QB3 (TP4/CLNP/LLC1/LAN - OSI-LAN), and RFC-1006 (OSI-TCP)
connectivity. These transport profiles when combined
with upper layer products like OSI-MAPS, OSI-CMIP and
OSI-FTAM offer a complete 7 layer protocol stack
solution. The typical customers are TMN toolkit
vendors, SONET equipment vendors.
